に:

• Marks time: 3時に (at 3 o’clock)
• Marks destination/target: 学校に 行きます (I go to school)
• Marks location of existence: いす に 本 が あります (There is a book on the chair)

へ (e):

• Marks direction: 学校へ 行きます (I go to school)
• Often interchangeable with に when expressing movement.

で:

• Marks location/method of action: 学校で 勉強します (I study at school)
• Also marks means of transport: バスで 行きます (I go by bus)
